Welcome to Wild Geese thank you for visiting our online store. These Terms & Conditions explain how we handle orders, payments, delivery, and returns. Please read them carefully before purchasing placing an order means you agree to these terms.

We’re Wild Geese, an independent online retailer based in the UK.

2. Ordering from us
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This confirms that we’ve received your order but your order becomes binding once payment is accepted and we’ve sent your dispatch confirmation.
If for any reason we’re unable to fulfil your order (for example, the item is out of stock or there’s a pricing error), we’ll let you know straight away and issue a full refund.
3. Prices & payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT (where applicable).
You’ll see delivery costs at checkout before completing your order.
We accept most major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods offered through Shopify Payments. Your payment details are handled securely we never see or store your full card information.
4. Delivery
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location or during busy periods, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
- If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days for UK orders, please contact us and we’ll look into it.
5. Cancellations & returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know.
To start a return, email contact@wildgeeselabel.com with your order number. You’ll then have another 14 days to return the items to us in their original, unused condition.
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
Please note: Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original delivery costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.

6. Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 7 days of delivery by emailing contact@wildgeeselabel.com with photos if possible.
We’ll sort it quickly either with a replacement or a full refund (including postage).
7. Product descriptions
We do our best to show colours, details, and descriptions as accurately as possible, but small variations may occur (especially with natural materials). If you have a question about a product before ordering, please get in touch we’re happy to help.
8. Promotions & discount codes
Only one discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
Discounts can’t be applied after checkout or combined with other offers.
We reserve the right to withdraw promotions at any time.
9. Your information
We care deeply about your privacy. Any personal information you share with us is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Our responsibility
We’re not responsible for delays or issues outside our control (for example, postal strikes, customs delays, or extreme weather).
Our total liability to you for any claim will never exceed the total amount paid for your order.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements.
The version published on our website at the time you place your order is the one that applies.
12. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
