Returns Policy

We hope you love your Wild Geese pieces as much as we loved creating them. But if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry we make returns simple and stress free.

Changed your mind?

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you’d like to return it.

Just drop us a quick email at contact@wildgeeselabel.com with your order number and what you’d like to send back.

Once you’ve told us, you’ll have another 14 days to pop your item(s) in the post to us.

Returning your order?

Please make sure:

  • Your item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All tags and original packaging are still attached
  • You include your order number or packing slip so we can find your order quickly

We recommend using a tracked service so you can see your parcel’s journey back to us. Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, you’ll just need to cover the return postage.

Refunds:

As soon as we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method usually within 14 days.

Please note that:

  • Original delivery costs aren’t refunded (unless your item is faulty)
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is on its way

Exchanges:

If you’d like a different size or style, the easiest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. That way you won’t miss out if your preferred item sells out.

Faulty or incorrect items:

We’re so sorry if something’s gone wrong. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite what you expected, please email us at contact@wildgeeselabel.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if possible. We’ll fix it right away either with a replacement or a full refund and we’ll cover the return postage.
